Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini

This Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is a comforting and delicious meal that requires minimal effort. Simply dump all the ingredients in the slow cooker and let it do the work for you. Creamy Alfredo sauce coats tender chicken and cheesy tortellini, making it a family favorite.


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

  • 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Frozen peas, chicken breasts cut up, tortellini, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper should all be put in the slow cooker


Mix things together well


Put the lid on top and set the heat to low


Cook for four to five hours, or until the chicken is done and the tortellini is soft


If you can, stir the mixture every once in a while while it's cooking


Add fresh parsley to the top of the food after it's cooked before serving

    Gluten-Free Beet and Quinoa Pancakes

    These gluten-free pancakes made with quinoa and grated beets are colorful and good for you. They taste great and are full of healthy foods, which makes them a great choice for breakfast or brunch.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup cooked quinoa

    • 1 cup grated beets

    • 2 eggs

    • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour

    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    • 1/4 cup almond milk

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • Chopped fresh herbs optional, for garnish

    Instructions:

    Put eggs, gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl


    Add the grated beets and mix them in


    Mix almond milk, olive oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a different bowl using a whisk


    Mix the wet ingredients into the quinoa and beets, then stir everything together well


    Put the pan on medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil


    Put pancakes on the pan by spooning the batter onto it and spreading it out into a thin layer


    As soon as the first side turns golden brown, the food is ready


    If you want, you can serve the pancakes hot with chopped fresh herbs on top
